-In case of a delay, the commissioner will be notified immediately. In the event of a delay, I ask for your patience. Delays may be a result of illness, family emergency, schoolwork, etc

-For Paypal users, Paypal's fee is included in the price. You won't and never will have to pay for it. (Not that if you or anyone else is asked to pay the transaction fee, let them know that it is against Paypals TOS and will result in trouble for their account.)
-Payment time can be discussed depending
-Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to your order and or requested to send me payment
-Accepted currency of USD($) through Paypal and Cashapp only

-The time it takes for me to complete your commission varies depending on factors such as mental or physical health, the complexity of your commission, and other commission work
-Commission will be shown in steps. Steps include Rough sketch, Final Sketch, Lineart, Color, and Color Effects. No further progress on the commission will be made until approval is received. This is to ensure customer satisfaction
-Once the commission is complete, you will receive the full piece over email or anywhere else. Note that there is no physical product

I, honkinJester (The Artist)

-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned piece (This does not include intellectual property (IP) (Your Oc's) your characters are still yours)
-I reserve the right to post commissions on my public social media accounts with credit, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the commissioner.

You, (The Commissioner/Customer)

-You will NOT profit off of nor claim the artwork as your own. Do NOT edit, crop, trace, or print, etc. Failure to accept any of the terms will result in serious charges.
